Cancellation Policy - Santos Cleaning Solutions

At Santos Cleaning Solutions, we understand that life happens and plans change. However, as a small business, we rely on a steady schedule to keep our cleaners employed and our operations running smoothly. We have implemented the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us enough time to fill the empty slot with another client.

Late Cancellation Fees

Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of $50.

Less than 24 hours notice or Same Day: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or on the same day as the scheduled cleaning, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

Lockout Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at your scheduled time and cannot gain entry to your home (e.g., no key left, code changed, pets loose), a lockout fee of 50% of the service price will be charged to compensate our team for their travel and lost time.
