By using Santos Cleaning Solutions LLC services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Santos Cleaning Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Services include:
- Regular house cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services
3. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings require 24-hour advance notice
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
- Prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual conditions
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
6. Liability
Santos Cleaning Solutions is fully licensed and insured. We carry $1,000,000 in liability coverage. In the unlikely event of damage, please report it within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
